Company Memo – Staff Parking

To all employees:

Due to the limited number of parking spaces, staff are asked to follow new rules starting next week. Only employees with a parking permit may use the car park. Permits can be collected from the HR office.

Visitors should use the public parking lot across the street.

Parking is not allowed in spaces reserved for delivery trucks or emergency vehicles.

Anyone found breaking the rules may lose parking privileges.
